AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Richmond County firefighters battled a blaze in Augusta Tuesday morning.

The fire was at an abandoned house on the corner of 13th Avenue and Athens Street. Crews responded just before 9 a.m.

Firefighters ended up evacuating because the house started collapsing, but no one was injured in the fire.
