AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Bond has been set for the Augusta State basketball player arrested on gun charges.

Harold Doby was in court Friday morning, where a judge set bond at $7,500.

Doby's coach and some teammates were in the courtroom as well.

Doby is off the team for now and is prohibited from access to any campus property.

Officers found a .38-caliber Colt revolver in between the box spring and mattress in Doby's room on campus. Doby was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm on school property on Wednesday.
