Body found in Waynesboro ID'd as missing teacher

WAYNESBORO, Ga. (WRDW) -- A missing retired teacher's body was found in Waynesboro Saturday morning, Waynesboro Police Department confirmed.

Waynesboro PD said the body found today has been identified as 77-year-old Arletha Bennett who has been missing for weeks.

The woman's body was found in a laundry room, Waynesboro PD confirmed.
