Blasting scheduled for Columbia Co. this week

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW) -- If you hear loud booms in the area this week, it's due to construction.
Columbia County EMA Director Pam Tucker says Blair Construction will begin blasting on Wednesday between 3 and 5 p.m. This will happen in the Euchee Creek area near the Somerset subdivision.
Tucker says the blasting could continue for several days.
