AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A Westside High School teenager has been suspended after allegedly pulling down a female classmate's top on Friday.
According to the incident report, the victim was in P.E. class and was walking around the gym doing her laps when she stopped to talk to other students.
Austin Robertson, 18, allegedly asked the group if they wanted to see a "peep show" and pulled down the victim's shirt and bra, exposing her breasts.
Robertson has been suspended, pending a tribunal hearing. He has been charged with sexual battery by the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.
