Augusta man wins $25K in lottery instant game

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- An Augusta man won the top prize in the Jingle Bucks instant game through the Georgia Lottery.
William Morse Jr. bought the ticket at Shree Ganesh Food Mart on Deans Bridge Road.
According to a news release, Morse plans on paying off bills with his prize money.
Morse is an industrial hydraulics technician.
