AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The man accused of accidentally shooting and killing his friend pleads guilty to all of his charges.

Dominique Sullivan plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter, possession of a firearm during the commission of a certain crime, and the possession of a firearm by a first offender probationer.

Investigators say Sullivan shot 18-year-old DeLarrion Smith to death in November of 2013. They say Sullivan and Smith were playing with a stolen gun and didn't realize it was loaded when Sullivan pulled the trigger.

Sullivan has been sentenced 8 years confinement and 5 years probation.
