AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Augusta Commissioners are talking animals and a lot more at Tuesday's Commission meeting.

The city will vote on changing their policy on allowing rescue groups to adopt unaltered animals. A $150 vacant lot fee for property owners could also be made final this week. Also Commissioner Marion Williams is trying to gain support to fire Heery International.

The company manages SPLOST projects and has come under fire recently because of mistakes made during the Municipal Buildings renovation.

We'll have the results from the meeting on Tuesday.
