AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) Augusta City leaders could vote to bring on a full time Veterinarian at the Richmond County Animal Shelter.
Commissioner Wayne Gulifoyle said the county shelter had to euthanize more strays, because adoptions are down.
Gulifoyle says a Veterinarian could help more pets get adopted. Leaders will continue trash talk on Tuesday along with possibly removing a $150 fee vacant lot fee property owners are facing.
City leaders could also appoint three members to the Urban Redevelopment Agency. We'll have the results from the meeting online and on the air.
