Arrests made in KFC armed robbery

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Richmond County Sheriff’s investigators arrested two people in connection to Sunday's Kentucky Fried Chicken armed robbery/aggravated assault.

Frederick Jamal Bolden, 24, is charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm during a crime, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a first offender.

Deandre Malik Scott, 16, is charged with armed robbery.

Deputies say a male clerk was shot in the leg Sunday and sent to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The incident happened at 8:20 p.m. on Windsor Spring Road.
