ALLENDALE, S.C. (WRDW) -- It took almost seven months, but agents with the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division arrested a man for a deadly shooting in Allendale.

Friday, SLED arrested and charged 34-year old Rodrigues Demetress Doe with murder and being a convicted felon with a weapon in the death of Mario Sharon Singleton.

Investigators said Singleton died on the way to the hospital after being shot at "Hole in the Wall" nightclub on August 17, 2013.

The bar is just a few blocks from the Allendale Police Department. There had never been reports of violence at the club before the deadly shooting, officers said.
