AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- An Aiken resident won second place in the S.C. Department of Commerce's Rural Summit Photography Contest.

Allison E. Mitchell of Lexington County won first place with her photo titled “Purchasing Beans," while D.S. Owens of Aiken got second place for his photo titled "Foggy Day in Aiken." Mike McClain of Anderson came in third.

The winning photos were chosen by attendees of the Annual Rural Summit in Aiken.
