Aiken County deputies investigating armed robbery and home invasion

AIKEN COUNTY, SC (WRDW) -- Deputies are investigating an armed robbery and home invasion on Kelly Acres Ln. in Aiken County.

Deputes were called out to the home around 12:30 a.m.

According to the incident report, the male victim says he was struck in the head with a robber's gun and then kicked in the ribs. He also told deputies the men bound both victims with duct tape and searched the house for 10 to 15 minutes.

There was also a one-year-old child in the house at the time of the break in, according to the report.

Deputies are looking for three suspects who they broke into the broke door of the home. Deputies say both a cell phone and TV were stolen from the home.

The Aiken County dog tracking team was called out but those suspects are still on the run.
