Pedestrian injured during hit-and-run in Aiken Co.

LANGLEY, S.C. (WRDW) -- A pedestrian is in the hospital after a hit-and-run in Aiken County.
Aiken County deputies responded to an accident around 7:15 a.m. at Carline and Langley Dam roads.
The extent of the pedestrian's injuries are unknown.
