AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- The search is on for an 11-year-old accused of possession of marijuana.

According to the incident report, the juvenile was signing in for an event at the Smith Hazel Recreation Center on Monday when a small bag containing a green leafy substance fell out of his pocket and landed on the desk.

An employee saw the bag and took it away, telling the juvenile she would call the police.

The juvenile told her he didn't care because he was already on probation, but before he left the property, he allegedly asked the employee if he could "get his weed back."

The responding officer was not able to find the 11-year-old.

Tests later confirmed the leafy substance in the bag was marijuana.
