Agriculture commissioner warns of kerosene recall

MARTINEZ, Ga. (WRDW) -- Agriculture Commissioner Gary Black is warning people not to use kerosene purchased on or after March 24 from Sprint Foods 720 at 424 South Belair Road in Martinez.

Black says the kerosene is possibly contaminated with gasoline and could cause an explosion or fire if used in home heaters or lamps.

No other stations are involved.

People who bought the kerosene may contact the store at (706) 863-5883 or the Fuel and Measures Division at (404) 656-3605 for more information.
