AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The man accused of raping a female student at Paine College has been indicted on charges stemming from other incidents.

The grand jury handed down indictments for 18-year-old Jairus Rayshawn Dantzler for armed robbery, two counts of burglary, second-degree cruelty to children, criminal attempt to commit rape and possession of a knife during the commission of a crime.

According to court records, the Paine College rape case is pending and has not been heard by a grand jury yet.

Dantzler, a Josey High School student, is accused of two separate incidents on the Paine College campus as well as a home invasion and robbery in February.
