Castleberry's employees get refresher training

September 14, 2007

AUGUSTA, Ga.---The Castleberry's plant could reopen soon. More than 400 employees are already back doing refresher training for a possible restart of production.

Bob Bowen, the human resources director, says the company now has an operating permit from the FDA, but they do not have a restart date.

He says they're remaining optimistic, and the employee training will make for a smooth transition whenever they reopen.
