Faulk wins New Ellenton Council seat

NEW ELLENTON, S.C.---Democrat Prestic Faulk will take over New Ellenton City Countil Seat 1. Here's the tally from today's special election:

Democrat: Prestic Faulk 142 Votes *Winner*
Republican: David Felder 54 Votes

198 Total Votes
2 votes went to another candidate

The seat was open after Mark Key stepped down. His unexpired term ends April 2008.

Faulk tells News 12 he's honored to be part of New Ellenton's Council.
