AUGUSTA, Ga. - Stephen Taul says his daughter will never ride the school bus again.
His six-year-old daughter attends Copeland Elementary. On Tuesday, she was dropped off at the wrong apartment complex and was faced with crossing four lanes of traffic on Wrightsboro Road to get home.
"She just kind of panicked after she got off the bus and realized she wasn't at the right complex," said Taul.
The little girl ended up walking past "Rooms to Go" where two employees took her to safety and called for help.
A police officer picked the child up and returned her to her worried family.
