South Carolina running low on scholarship funds

South Carolina could see lottery-based scholarships decline because of dropping revenues. The cash is also spread thin because more and more students are qualifying for the scholarships.

The Senate Finance chairman warns leaders might have to start limiting the scholarships to keep the state from having to pay for them out of general funds. is happy to provide a forum for commenting and discussion. Please respect and abide by the house rules:
