AUGUSTA, Ga.--An accident involving two cars has shut down lanes in Augusta Sunday night.

It happened about 6:45 p.m. near the intersection of 3rd Street and Laney Walker Blvd. There were minor injuries.

The northbound lanes of Laney Walker were shut down.
