When investigators got to the area, they realized the man had been shot. AUGUSTA, Ga.---Richmond County Sheriff's deputies say they arrived on Merry Street just after 6 o'clock this morning to find a naked man lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound to his back.

Two people have been arrested in connection to the shooting. Dusty Hudson, 31 years old, and Robert Dunn, 48 years old, have both been arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a crime and false imprisonment.

The name of the victim has not been released at this time. Investigators say they are continuing to investigate.
