3 Recovering after Overnight Shooting
Richmond County investigators are looking into a shooting in downtown Augusta.
Right now, a man is recovering from a gunshot wound to the back of the head and a broken jaw.
Also, two women are in the hospital after being shot in the leg.
It happened around 10 Tuesday night near the Cherry Tree Apartment Complex at the intersection of Bleakly Street and 15th Street.

New Superintendent Sworn in Today
Dr. Dana bedden will start his first day of work today.
He will be sworn in this afternoon as Richmond County's new superintendent.
The ceremony starts at 4:30 at the Board of Education offices.

West Nile in CSRA
A national health scare is closer to home than you think.
South Carolina's first case of the West Nile Virus has been found in Aiken County.
The man found out while he was trying to give blood at the Shepeard Community Blood Center on Wrightsboro Road.

No Animal Control In Burke County
Nothing's being done in Burke County with animal control, so the dog population is increasing by the day.
Some of these dogs are so vicious that they've attacked goats.
People who live there tell News 12 they are anxious for something to be done.
Some have started a petition to get local government to approve funding for an animal control facility.

3 Men Sought
This morning, deputies want your help finding three men.
Donald Gamble, Junior is wanted for the murder of Quamine Rickman two weeks ago.
Deputies also are looking for a father and son team this morning.
Clarence Tanksley and Jordash Tanksley are wanted after a robbery at the Fame clothing store.
A 14 year-old is in the hospital this morning after the store owner shot him during the crime.
