EVANS, Ga.---Columbia County Deputies arrested an Evans man after an officer caught him standing naked and touching himself behind a glass door of Exotic Nails.

Michael Henry Odell was arrested and charged with public indecency and criminal trespass.

According to the incident report, a Columbia County Sheriff's Deputy saw Odell in the business. When the deputy approached the nail place the man took off. Investigators found Odell across the street inside Club Car where he is an employee. He was wearing pants and a jacket but no shirt or socks.

There was nothing damaged or missing from Exotic Nails.
