SWAINSBORO, Ga. -- Saturday night, over 100 students from Swainsboro High School used their creativity and lots of duct tape to create outfits for their Duct Tape Prom. The theme this year was “Cinema Extravaganza”.

This is the tenth year students all over the country participated in the Stuck At Prom Contest. The contest challenged high school students to create prom dresses and suits out of duct tape for a chance at some scholarship money.

In 2009, around 80 students participated in Swainsboro. The event is hosted by students to give freshman and sophomores the opportunity to dress up in duct tape.
