Augusta Chili Linked to Botulism
You'll want to check your pantry for chili sauce this morning.
Food experts have traced botulism to several cans of it back here in Augusta.
Four people were sent to hospitals in Texas and Indiana.
The warning applies to ten ounce cans of Castleberry's, Austex and Kroger brands of hot dog chili sauce with dates from April 30 to May 22, 2009.
If you have any cans, throw them away.

Suspect Sought after Stand-off
A wanted North Augusta man is on the run this morning after barricading himself inside an apartment with his mother.
It happened at apartment 149 on Chalet North Court Wednesday.
That's where 25 year-old Darrell Trotty locked himself inside with his mother and possibly a gun.
Four hours later, officers got his mother to come out, but Darrell was gone.
He is wanted for an outstanding bench warrant for assault and battery with intent to kill.

Car Burglaries at Famil Y
You'll want to keep your wallet or purse in a safe place when you go to the Family Y.
Investigators are trying to figure out who is stealing credit cards from cars at the branch on Wheeler Road.
It has already happened four times this month.

Ed Meloan Update
A former North Augusta City Planner is waking up in MCG's psychiatric unit this morning.
74 year-old Ed Meloan is there after a suicide attempt following charges of sexual abuse of a minor.
Wednesday, SLED investigators spent three hours interviewing him.
Coming up tonight, News 12's Richard Rogers has an exclusive interview with Meloan's lawyer.

Harbin In Court
Georgia State Representative Ben Harbin will be back in court today for DUI charges.
Monday, an Atlanta Municipal Court judge rescheduled his hearing for today to give him time to hire an attorney.
Atlanta police say Harbin was driving on Memorial Drive when he hit a utility pole.
Police charged him with driving under the influence.
Harbin represents House District 118 in Evans.

Waiting On Official Election Results
This morning, we're still waiting on the Secretary of State's Office to certify Tuesday's election results.
So far, all precincts report Dr. Paul broun has a 395 vote lead over Jim Whitehead for the 10th District seat in Washington.
