Man Wanted for Questioning in Shooting
This morning, Richmond County deputies want to find Jordash Tanksley. He is wanted for questioning in the shooting that left 18 year-old Stedmund Fryer dead in the middle of a dance floor.
The shooting took place at 2:20 Monday morning at Club Super C on Tobacco Road.

Attorney Reprimanded for Misrepresentation
News 12 is on your side this morning with information about an attorney in trouble for misrepresentation.
The State supreme Court reprimanded attorney Douglas Schmidt for misrepresenting his legal practice after the Graniteville train accident.
Schmidt set up an office in Graniteville after the train crashed that caused a chlorine spill in January 2005.
The court's order says Schmidt advertised himself as a "neighborhood attorney" with "expertise" in these cases, but he didn't disclose that he mostly practiced law in Louisiana, not South Carolina.

ADP to Hire 800 Workers
This morning, a new company in Augusta is looking to hire 800 workers.
Automatic Data Processing, or ADP, held it's grand opening Monday off Steven's Creek Road.
