You've always wanted to own a home, but never known exactly how to make it work for you.
Well, you may want to clear out part of your schedule on Saturday, June 16.
That's the day when you can get your questions answered at a free homeownership fair.
Becoming a first-time home buyer can be a very scary experience.
There's all the terminology you don't know and, of course, it's a major expense.
If you've been going through those feelings, you may want to head over to the Warren Road Community Center on Saturday.
That's where you'll find a Homeownership Fair to get those questions answered and find out how owning a home can work for you.
It may not be as hard as you think.
One local realtor says it may surprise you, but there is a home here for almost everyone.
"They should know there is something here for everyone. There is a company that will finance the home for them. There are realtors that can find any price home they need." Meybohm Realty's Lee Plant said.
Again, that Homeownership Fair is this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Warren Road Community Center.
A number of experts will be on hand to help answer your questions.
