MCDUFFIE COUNTY Ga.-- A 68 year old man died in a house fire at 631 Adams Avenue. The fire happened around 8:40 Monday morning. The victim, Jesse Ramsey lived in the home alone and was found in a chair in the living room.

Right now the cause of the fire is under investigation, but the State Fire Marshall's Office tell us Ramsey may have been using a hot plate or heating device that caught on fire.
