Harbin arrested for DUI
State Rep. Ben Harbin was arrested and charged with DUI after his car hit a utility pole in downtown Atlanta early Sunday. Harbin was alone in the car. He was treated at Grady Hospital after the wreck.

ATLANTA, Ga.---State Rep. Ben Harbin was arrested and charged with DUI after his car hit a utility pole in downtown Atlanta early Sunday (May 20).
Harbin is the chair of the House Appropriations Committee and represents Columbia County.
Harbin was alone in the car. He was treated at Grady Hospital after the wreck.
The Republican has served in the Georgia House since 1995.
