AUGUSTA, Ga.---St. Joseph Hospital changed its name this morning at 11:30 to Trinity Hospital in a ceremony held on the hospital lawn.
This is the last step in a transition process that has taken over a year to complete.
Trinity Hospital was purchased by Triad Hospitals, Inc. in November of 2006. Administrators there say it will remain a faith-based hospital.
