COLUMBIA COUNTY Ga.-- Columbia County Investigators are looking for Jessica Caroline Proctor.

She was last seen at her home on October 30th getting into a vehicle with another woman named Janice.

The 20 year old woman has several tattoo's on her arm, wrist, back and leg.

Jessica may also go by the name Misty and was known to be a dancer.
