April 12, 2007

The James Brown estate case is headed for more courtroom action.

Lawyers for James Brown's adult children say they are filing a motion to expand the role of the special administrator of the estate.

An Aiken County court decided to let that administrator oversee the work of James Brown's trustees.

The children's attorney also says there will be motions of contempt against James Brown's longtime attorney and trustee, Buddy Dallas. It could be filed as early as tomorrow.
