Three buildings destroyed in possible arson

AUGUSTA, Ga.---Part of the 1900 block of Broad Street in Augusta's Harrisburg area is in ruins after a big fire this morning. Gunshots were heard in the same area earlier.

Three buildings, including an apartment house, are destroyed, and Broad Street was blocked off for hours.

The fire started around 5:15 this morning, and it took over two hours for firefighters to put it out.

There are indications of arson.
