Tomi Rae challenges James Brown's will

New legal developments involving James Brown's will.

Tomi Rae filed a petition in Aiken County court contesting the will. She has three arguments: one, she's the widow and therefore entitled to part of his estate; two, she wants a special administrator for the estate; and three, she wants to be permitted to enter the Beech Island home to retrieve her and her son's belongings.

This is the second legal challenge filed against the late singer's will.

Just over a week ago, James Brown's adult children filed a motion to remove the three men named as trustees of the will.
