AIKEN CTY, S.C.---Atlanta attorney David Yount filed papers today in Aiken County on behalf of James Brown's six children, requesting the removal of Brown's trustees and a full accounting of the estate.
There will be a hearing on this matter next Thursday.
Yesterday, a man who said he was Brown's son-in-law called the Aiken County Sheriff's Office to the singer's Beech Island home. He was upset that the trustees and attorneys appointed in the will were at the house.
Sheriff's deputies took no action, because the case is a civil matter.
