An attorney for James Brown says Brown's youngest son is not included in the will.
The Associated Press is reporting that attorney Strom Thurmond, Jr. said James Brown's six adult children were all named in the will, but James Brown, Jr., the son of James Brown and Tomi Rae Hynie Brown, was not included.
There have been many legal questions regarding Tomi Rae Brown's marriage to the Godfather of Soul.
The will was read to James Brown's adult children today. Tomi Rae and her young son were not there.
The full contents of the will won't be public until lawyers file it, which should be in the next couple of weeks.
