CLEARWATER, SC--An undercover narcotics officers made several buys Thursday night at the Kozy Kort Motel in Clearwater.

Investigators then arrested three people and found crack cocaine in room 108 of that motel. It was on a nightstand.

Candice Tice, 29, was charged with distribution of crack cocaine and distribution within a half-mile of Clearwater Elementary School.

Anthony "Killer" Perry, 24, faces those two charges also, as well as a charge of receiving stolen property.

Donald Whitaker, 46, faces charges of possession of crack cocaine and unlawful telephone use.

All three were taken to the Aiken County Jail
