The South Carolina Department of Corrections is looking for an escaped inmate. Tracy Cobb was at the Wateree River Correctional Institution in Sumter County. He escaped Wednesday, May 6 at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Cobb is a 38 year old white male. He is 5’ 8” tall, 158 pounds, brown eyes and brown hair. He has several tattoos including “Christie” on the left side of his neck, “Tracy” on his right shoulder and “In memory of Joe James Cobb” on his left shoulder.
Cobb was serving a three year sentence for manufacturing/distribution of methamphetamine. If you see Cobb, contact local law enforcement or the Fugitive Apprehension Unit at 877-349-2130.
