Talks of a drag strip coming to Augusta may have hit another roadblock.
Commissioners were presented a $25,000 feasibility study this week, listing Augusta Corporate Park as the drag strip's proposed site.
But the development authority who owns the land says no one's scheduled anything to discuss it with them.
City administrator Fred Russell tells News 12 they've had several informal conversations with the development authority but nothing beyond that.
The study projected an annual $30 million in revenue for the city.
Commissioners voted to give the city administrator until the end of the month to come up with an alternate location.
