Local government watchdog Woody Merry has filed an appeal in superior court involving Ronnie Few's eligibility.
He is appealing the Board of Election's decision to allow Few to run in November's general election.
Few filed a homestead exemption in Columbia County this year which, by law, established his residency in that county.
