4 arrested for manufacturing methamphetamines

HEPHZIBAH, Ga. (WRDW) -- Four people were arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamines on Friday, according to the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said they arrested Charles Moore, Michael Lyttle, Tammy Bargeron and Melissa Ludwig on the 3000 Block of Thornhill Drive.

Ludwig was also charged with theft by taking, according to the Sheriff's Office website.
