AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- A third man has been arrested in connection a string of burglaries in downtown Aiken.
Willie Maurice Franklin, 23, was arrested Monday morning by the Aiken Department of Public Safety. He was charged with trespassing after notice, criminal conspiracy and accessory after the fact. Franklin is being held at the Aiken County Detention Center.
Demarques Jamison, 20, turned himself in to Aiken Public Safety on Jan. 11. Jamison is being held at the Aiken County Detention Center and is charged with criminal conspiracy and accessory after the fact.
The first arrest in connection to the robberies was made on Jan. 7 when 22-year-old Tremayne Deshawn Crawford was found hiding in an attic on Abbeville Avenue.
