The Better Business Bureau has long been known as an organization that helps you, the consumer, find reliable businesses.
Now, the organization says it's making things easier on you. The BBB is now handing out letter grades on companies. That's anything from a to f.
The goal is to make things easier on you when you're searching for a trustworthy business. And those letter grades represent the BBB's confidence in the business' reliability.
There will be a lot of factors that go into deciding the grades, but some of the main ones will be the number of complaints and how those complaints were addressed.
Those letter grades are prominently displayed on the company's page on the BBB website. You can get there by going to www.bbb.org
