Investigators are "reasonably certain" all documents removed from the old Evans Middle School have been returned to superintendent Tommy Price, according to Capt. Steve Morris with the Columbia County Sheriff's Office.
Price says he will not press charges in the investigation into how the student and teacher records were left there.
