Judge sentences peeping tom
A judge sentences a convicted peeping tom for a June incident at the Target Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway.

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A judge sentences a convicted peeping tom for a June incident at the Target Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway.
32 year old Charles Tremblay is charged with three counts of peeping tom and sentenced to five years for each count to be served concurrently meaning he will only spend five years in prison.
There is surveillance from the target of Tremblay using a cell phone to take pictures up women's skirts in the store.
