Last night, the moon, Venus, and Jupiter converged in the southwestern sky. It should look the same tonight if the skies stay clear.

This is the last time this will happen for 44 years, so you might want to take the kids out for a look just after sunset.

This is pretty much what I saw here in Florence, SC. Really seemed very close, more than usual for us lunatics.
