You won't need a photo ID to vote in Georgia...at least, not until after November.
A federal judge and the Georgia Supreme Court have ruled against the state's new law.
The federal judge in Rome says the law discriminates against people without a state-issued ID.
He overturned a similar law last year.
Early voting for the primaries continues this week, with the elections set for Tuesday.
