Commissioners have just cleared the way for a multi-million dollar condominium complex downtown.
Developers will build The Watermark at the Augusta Riverwalk. The condos will sit at 6th and Reynolds, which is currently an old train depot.
Developers bought the land for $1.8 million. Commissioners hope the condos will help grow the county's tax base.
